Factors are like breaking down the number. A number is expressed as a product of its factors. We get multiples by multiplying the number with an integer. It will be clearly illustrated with this example.
2×5 = 10. 2 and 5 are both factors of 10, whereas 10 is a multiple of 2 and 5.
