  • There are some universities that do not require GRE score for admission to their programs. For example, Biochemistry program at McGill University doesn’t require GRE score but it is strongly recommended.
  • While some universities require GRE scores, they do not specify what the minimum requirement is. It’s recommended that you write to these universities to find out about the minimum requirement.
  • Some universities will require GRE Scores and will specify the minimum requirement for different programs. Electrical and Computer engineering program at McGill University requires applicants to have a combined score of at least 1100 on verbal and quant, and 3.5 on analytical writing assessment section.
