With a degree in Business Administration, Roger spent his early career in Strategy Consulting in both Accenture and Beagle Strategy Consulting, after graduating with an MBA from IESE in 2013 he took the role as Head of Sales for an early stage take startup, where he helped grow the company for over 5 years. Since 2018, he has been leading Tech & Startup recruitment at IESE.
Mike Mascarenhas
Career Development Center Associate Director @IESE
After graduating from Cornell University with a degree in Economics, Mike worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Advisory space, and later in Strategy&, both in New York City as a consultant. He graduated from IESE with a bilingual MBA in May 2017. He has spent the past 4+ years supporting IESE’s Career Development Center, working with students focused on recruiting in Consulting, as well as regional recruiting in North America, Mexico, and DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
