Assistant Business Development & Recruitment Manager
Paula has worked at Warwick Business School since 2015, having previously worked in a variety of Higher and Further education Admissions and Recruitment roles. In her current role as Assistant Business Development & Recruitment Manager, Paula is responsible for assisting the Recruitment Manager in the planning and operational delivery of all admissions, recruitment and conversion activities across the Distance Learning and Executive MBA’s.
Graeme Morgan & Sarah Hansen
Recruitment Manager & Business Development Manager
Graeme has specialised as a recruitment professional across Higher Education as well as the public and private sectors for the past 10 years. In his current role as Recruitment Manager for our Executive and Distance Learning MBA’s, Graeme is responsible for the planning and operational delivery of all admissions, recruitment and conversion activities across our part-time programmes. Graeme is also a member of the MBA selection committee.
Sarah has worked at Warwick Business School (WBS) in a variety of roles since 2014. She started her life at WBS working in the Corporate Relations team, moving to the Recruitment & Admissions team in the role of Business Development Manager in 2016. Sarah is responsible for identifying, attracting and recruiting high calibre and diverse participants to Warwick Business Schools world class Executive MBA, Distance Learning MBA and pre-experience Masters programmes.
