How to overcome constant negative thinking
On Demand 1 Hour
By: Divya Mukhopadhyay
About This Webinar
Negative thinking is completely normal. But negative thinking is also unhelpful, in that it causes worry, anxiety and severe maladjustment, if it happens constantly.
Hence, the problem at hand really is constant negative thinking.
When we engage in repetitive negative thinking, we get stuck, caught, locked or trapped in our negative thoughts about terrible things we seem to foresee in the future. This negative thinking has a viciously circular, snowball-like quality to it, that fuels our anxious feelings and the theme of our worry seems to get bigger and bigger in our mind.
Join this meetup if you wish to unlearn this repetitive negative thinking, and get better at managing your worry.
