About This Webinar

Have you ever had trouble separating the person from the situation? In our daily lives, when we watch someone make a mistake, it can be easy to see it as a fault of the person making the mistake while the truth is that it isn't always the person's fault. More often than not, situational factors come into play and we judge the person wrong. The fundamental attribution error is an individual's tendency to attribute another's actions to their character or personality alone, while making an exception for themselves, i.e. attributing their own behavior to external situational factors outside of their control. Watch this on-demand video to learn more about the concept and work through ways to not be victim to it.
