we need to find t when a = 1000

1000 = 1052 + 1.08t

-52 = 1.08 t

t = -52/1.08 = 48.14 Farehnheit

length of earth orbit = circumference = 2*pi*580,000,000 = 3.6 billion miles (approx)

time = 1 year = 365*24 hours

speed = distance / time = 3.6 billion / (365*24) = 415000 miles per hour (approx)

Time at which plane took off = 12 noon PST = 3 PM ET

Time taken by plane = 7 hours

Time at which plane landed = 3PM + 7 hours = 10PM ET
