Well, for the very first placed digit starting from the extreme left end, we have 10 choices (i.e., we can use any digit from 0 to 9).
Considering the repetition to be allowed, we again have 10 choices for the second-placed digit. Similarly, for every place, we have 10 choices. So, total number of possibilities will be 10 x 10 x 10 x 10 x……….10 times = 1010 .
